There are conflicting signals from the Presidency as to whether Petroleum Minister , Chief Timipre Sylva, is still a member of the Federal Excutive Council. Timipre Sylva was among the ten Ministers who last Friday attended a valedictory session at the Presidential Villa having indicated their interest to vie for the office of the President under the platform of the APC .But an aide to the Minister said he is yet to resign his position.
