The former Director-General of Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), Dr. Bashir Jamoh, has commended the Governor of Bayelsa State, Senator Douye Diri, for the establishment of a State Ministry of Blue Economy to tap into the prospects in the ocean.
