Bayelsa State Governor, Senator Douye Diri, has assured that no stone would be left unturned to ensure the release of his Trade and Investment Commissioner, Mr. Federal Otokito, who was kidnapped a few days ago. The governor called for his immediate and unconditional release by his abductors, stressing that the state's laws against kidnapping would be followed to the letter against them. Mr. Otokito was kidnapped last Thursday night from his residence in Otuokpoti, his hometown in Ogbia Local Government Area of the state.
