Vice Chancellor of the Nigerian Maritime University, Prof Emmanuel Adigio, has promised to partner with the Bayelsa State Government in actualizing the dreams of a modern Port City in Agge, Ekeremor Local Govt Area. Professor Adigio who spoke exclusively with Shipping World in Yenagoa said' "we want to partner with Bayelsa State in building capacity,we must start in earnest in training the required manpower for the proposed Port City as we cannot just fold our arms and wait until the Port is ready', he told Shipping World.
