Mr Kingsley Kuku A Chieftain of the All Progressive Congress, Chief Famous Daunemigha says the National Security Adviser, Gen Babagana Mungono, should be held responsible for the massive looting at the Presidential Amnesty Program office. Chief Daunemigha who was a former Governorship candidate of the CPC in Bayelsa State was reacting to a newspaper report which allegedly indicted three past Coordinators of the Presidential Amnesty Program, PAP. Quoting the report of a Presidential panel which was instituted by the office of the National Security Adviser, the report had accused Mr Kingsley Kuku, Gen Paul Boroh and Prof Charles Dokubo of misappropriating over N700b over a period of eleven years.
