MEMBERS of the Nigerian Ports Consultative Council, NPCC has concluded plans to immortalise the immediate past Chairman of the Council, Late Otunba Kunle Folarin who passed on about two weeks ago. Speaking during a condolence visit to the family of the late maritime guru, a member of the Council, Mr. Balaji Sunmola appealed to the wife of Otunba Folarin to allow the Council to be part of the funeral ceremonies.
