Building on the successful intensive leadership and technical skills development training for Phase 1 stakeholders and leaders that took place two weeks ago, the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Chief Dennis Brutu Otuaro, PhD, earlier today launched the programme for the Phase 2 stakeholders and leaders from across the Niger Delta.
Both training sessions are part of a strategic initiative to strengthen leadership and foster lasting peace in the Niger Delta.
