Organisers of the annual Maritime Industry Merit Awards, MIMA,has unveiled the Comptroller General of Nigeria Customs Service, Dr Adewale Adeniyi as the Most Maritime Media-friendly CEO. In a voting process spanning 60 days, Dr Adeniyi garnared 41.8% of the votes, against Dr Abubakar Dantsoho, Managing Director of Nigerian Ports Authority, who secured 33%, while Mr Bola Oyebamiji, immediate past helmsman of NIWA, came third with 25.2% of the total votes cast.
