It is a generally known fact that Very Distinguished Senator Heineken Lokpobiri Ph.D is the Leader of APC in Bayelsa State. Lokpobiri has a higher political platform than all those who are parading themselves as leaders. He was Pioneer SPEAKER of the Bayelsa State House of Assembly.
He was Two two-term (8years) Senator of the most revered Nigerian Senate where he was very vocal. His voice was among the loudest and most renowned. He served as Hon. Minister of State for Agriculture. He is presently the Hon. Minister of State for Petroleum Resources (Oil). We are talking about present glory and not old and lost glory.
Traditionally, Conventionally and Constitutionally, the President of the country is the Head and Leader of the Political party at the National level.
