As Bayelsa State Unveils plans for one of the World's most ambitious Port City Development Models, the State's helmsman, Sen Douye Diri, has thrown it's doors open for investors to take advantage of the unlimited opportunities open to prospect investors. Governor Douye Diri who was speaking in Yenagoa when he received in audience the Agge Port City Development Committee , said the magnitude of the project was such that could not be handled single handed by the Bayelsa State Government. " I must acknowledge the reality that this project is beyond what we can handle alone as a state government, considering the huge budgetary implication.
