The Bayelsa State Government has unveiled Messrs Architectonic LTD owned by a reputable Ijaw Son, Architect Reuben Okoya as the contractor to handle the proposed 10,000 Sitting Capacity Convocation Arena for the State-owned Niger Delta University (NDU). The legacy project was recently approved and awarded by the State Executive Council led by His Excellency, Sen. Douye Diri, Executive Governor of Bayelsa State for the University.
