The Senator representing Anambra South and National Leader of the Young Progressive Party (YPP), Dr. Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah on Tuesday, joined the Senate Chief Whip, Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu and other dignitaries at Umunankara community of Imo state to celebrate with High Chief Mike Onuoha as his parents mark fifty years of marriage. Speaking briefly at the event, the Senator described the celebrants as great gifts to the community and mankind. He further prayed God to keep nourishing them with more wisdom and good health.
Responding, the son of the celebrants who is also a member of Anambra Progressives, High Chief Onuoha thanked Senator Ubah and other attendees for honoring their invitation. He also asked God to grant the celebrants more life and abundant peace.
Also present at the event which also featured the dedication of Lord Earl Royale Castle were traditional rulers and some members of the Anambra Progressives Development Union.
