(C) Engr. Ibrahim Abba Umar \u2014 Executive Director, Engineering & Technical Services (NPA)<\/p>\n
Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA)<\/p>\n
(D) Mr. Jibril Abba \u2014 Executive Director, Maritime Labour & Cabotage Services (NIMASA)<\/p>\n
(E) Mr. Chudi Offodile \u2014 Executive Director, Finance & Administration (NIMASA)<\/p>\n
