Ayibaina Duba, in a statement on Friday, expressed shock over the tragic loss of the APC campaign director.<\/p>\n<p>The statement described Tukuwei as brilliant and resourceful.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe see how passionately he discharged his media assignments on AIT and during the APC campaigns.
